The district is the southwest part of Harmony Grove that is built up around the five long, narrow canals connected to Lake Wisconsin. The district is comprised of 185 privately owned parcels and 7 publicly owned parcels (park, boat launches and public accesses owned by Town of Lodi). District BoardThe HGLPRD is managed by its own District Board that consists of six members comprised as follows: four members who are property owners within the district and elected by secret ballot at the District's annual meeting in August, one liaison appointed by the Town of Lodi and one liaison appointed by Columbia County.
