Property Taxes

Per Wisconsin State Statutes tax bills must be mailed out by the 3rd Monday in December. In 2021, that date is December 20th. At the Town of Lodi, we strive to mail them out the 1st or 2nd week in December if at all possible.

Payments of Tax Bills

All payments made before January 31st of each year are collected at the Town Hall, either by mail or in person to the Town Treasurer. Payments can be made with check or money order and will be processed on Thursdays and Fridays during the Treasurers normal business hours. We do not accept debit or credit card payments.

First installments are due before January 31st with the remaining balance due before July 31st. Property owners may choose to pay the entire amount due before January 31st.
